After purchasing our first house with Tabatha we knew we would work with her for our second. He walked us through the status of the housing market and what we would be facing in a very hot market. She was always a phone call away whenever my husband and I had questions about a house. She responded lightening fast, at some points I felt bad bothering her over the weekend and evenings. Her dedication allowed us to purchase our dream home in under 1 month. In comparison, for our first house we had previously worked with another realtor for a year and couldn’t find a house to buy.

My husband and I had an absolutely incredible experience shopping for our first home with the McCarroll team. Especially our agent, Adam Cooke. Adam was friendly, professional, relaxed and forthright. He exhibited excellent knowledge of the area and current market. I never once felt like he was trying to push us in a direction we weren't comfortable with and he even went out of his way to pick out possible properties for us to look at. Even honing in our taste and needs very quickly! He was flexible and accommodating to our work schedules when it came to viewings and answered all correspondence promptly and in a friendly manner. It's a little embarrassing for me to admit but he even talked me down from a minor melt down when we had a conflict with the seller's conditions.
The operations manager, Shannan, was also extremely expeditious when communicating with us. It was also very clear that she really cared about us and our pursuit of a home to call our own.

Just an excellent team, I could gush all day about what a great group of people they are and cannot recommend them highly enough!

They're a unique model that made us feel taken care of from start to finish - I highly recommend them, as they really go far above and beyond - and they're so friendly, too!

Cam is very highly recommended.  He is very knowledgeable in Hamilton area. He found me a great revenue property almost three years ago and I used Cam again to sell the house this past Summer. He got me multiple offers  but then the buyer withdrew the offer. Even though that was a let down however,  Cam reassured me he will put the house back on the market and will get me another offer quickly.  He did above that by  getting me multiple offers again and the offer was the same as first one .I am very pleased with his service and will use Cam again if I decide to buy another house in Hamilton in the future.
